Over 100 people turned up for the awards presentation and Club President James Woolley and Head of Juniors Dave Dytham looked on proudly as the season’s successes were recounted and also exciting updates for the future were revealed.

Special mention for Lottie who arranged a super spread of food, with the juniors devouring everything in site meaning very little was left over.

15 awards were handed out, celebrating the hard work and good performances over the season of a junior section with over 80 players covering U8s, U10s and U12s.
Team medals were also handed out recognising the success at the Leicestershire Country Championships for the U10 boys and girls and the U12 girls.

The event was capped off with a free raffle where two lucky juniors went home with brand new top of the range hockey sticks!

The Club would like to thank all the coaches and young helpers who contributed to the junior section this year and we can’t wait to start all over again in August!
